You agree to use the service lawfully, keep access limited to authorized users, and avoid storing data you do not have permission to manage on behalf of a client or organization.

Each user is responsible for safeguarding their account password and any devices used to access the service. Workspace owners are responsible for assigning the correct roles and removing access when team members should no longer see client data.

Actions such as credential reveals, role changes, and invitations may be recorded in the audit trail for operational and security purposes.

Forgot Password is free for up to 25 client profiles. If a workspace needs more than 25 client profiles, the paid plan applies at $15 per month or $150 per year.

Access may be suspended or terminated if use creates material security risk, violates these terms, or threatens other customers or the product itself.
